We’re looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our core development team in Toronto, Canada. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling mission-critical software systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions in a fast-paced IT environment.

You should be passionate about coding, love solving technical challenges, and be comfortable mentoring junior engineers while upholding best practices in software development.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software systems and APIs

Your experience should include...

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack software development

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and data modeling

  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

You might also have...

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
