We’re looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our core development team in Toronto, Canada. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling mission-critical software systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions in a fast-paced IT environment.
You should be passionate about coding, love solving technical challenges, and be comfortable mentoring junior engineers while upholding best practices in software development.

Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software systems and APIs
Lead architecture discussions and contribute to high-level decision-making

Your experience should include...
6+ years of hands-on experience in backend or full-stack software development
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and data modeling
Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
You might also have...
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular
Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
