This project aimed to help the client move from a manual, spreadsheet-based tracking system to a scalable cloud-based solution that supports multi-location stock management.
Implementing this system involved understanding the client’s workflow, product categories, and distribution channels. We built a web application that automates inventory updates, minimizes stock-outs, and generates insightful inventory reports.
